TEMO’s OUTPOD™ combines the advantages of a pod and a tilting electric outboard, installed outside the boat, typically directly on the transom.The SEASIDE by TEMO pod range brings together all these configurations, offering an intuitive French electric solution for all types of boats, from leisure craft to professional vessels.

Since 2018, TEMO has been designing and manufacturing electric motors for recreational boats in France. Based in Vannes, the company offers a complete range from 450 W to 6 kW, from outboards to pods, meeting the needs of both private users and professionals, including shipyards and boat builders.

With more than 7,500 units already sold worldwide, TEMO has established itself as a key player in electric marine propulsion.

TEMO systems are compatible with TEMO batteries, which are modular and can be connected in parallel. Each battery has a capacity of 2.3 kWh, weighs 12 kg, and can be easily recharged from a shore power or domestic outlet. As semi-open systems, TEMO solutions can also be paired with partner stationary batteries. Range depends on the number of batteries connected, allowing you to use one or several depending on your needs.

We estimate a runtime of approximately 2 hours 50 minutes with a 2.3 kWh TEMO battery when using a 1,100 W motor.

Installation of the SEASIDE by TEMO range is plug & play, meaning you receive all the necessary components, tailored to your needs, to set it up without requiring additional equipment. However, basic electrical knowledge is recommended if you plan to carry out the installation yourself.

SEASIDE range pods feature separate electronic units designed for plug & play installation. Their connectors, both robust and waterproof, simplify installation while ensuring system reliability.

The motor units are protected by an aluminum housing, ensuring high durability. TEMO motors are equipped with fiber-reinforced plastic propellers, with an optional folding bronze propeller available. Waterproofing is ensured by a seal system, providing a highly robust structure and minimal maintenance for up to 1,500 hours.
