Our workshops in France handle the repair and maintenance of all our products. This proximity means we can react quickly to receive, repair and dispatch parts. 


In the event of a problem with a part, the affected part is easily isolated and interchanged, enabling rapid, cost-effective repair. 


For after-sales service involving wearing parts, we have made spare parts available in our online shop, while supporting our customers with detailed tutorials so that they can be self-sufficient in changing parts.


If your motor needs to return to our workshop for repair or maintenance, our team is committed to responding to all incoming requests by email within 24 hours, and we guarantee that your TEMO product will either be fully repaired or the necessary parts dispatched from our customer service center within 5 business days of that reply.

Your serial number can be found on the white label under the clamping ring. This 4 digit number is preceded by the letters SN. (ex: 1132 or 6624).

For engine maintenance and/or spare parts replacement, please fill in this form if you live in the following countries: France, Monaco, Andorra, Benelux, Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Denmark, Bulgaria, Hungary, Slovenia, Montenegro, Slovakia and Baltic States. This service is provided in our workshop in France.
