The cable-free interchangeable battery system, available on the TEMO·1000 outboard motor, allows you to replace an empty battery with a full one in just 2 seconds while you are cruising.

The ON/OFF button on the battery not only allows you to turn on the battery, but also to know its charge level without needing to insert it into the motor.

How do I winterize my TEMO·1000?

To get the most out of your TEMO·1000 and extend its lifespan, here are a few tips to properly winterize your TEMO·1000 motor.

> Activate winter storage mode on the battery following the TEMO manual;
> Check the charge level of your TEMO·1000 every 3 months;

What is the charging time and power consumption of the TEMO·1000?

The 220 V charger supplied with your motor allows a full recharge in 5h30 from a standard mains outlet (220 V). It consumes approximately 0.949 kWh. For those who wish to recharge on board, TEMO also offers an optional 12 V charger with a cigarette lighter plug. With a power output of 100 W, it provides a full recharge in approximately 12 hours, with a consumption of around 90 Ah (at 12 V).

Is the battery management system (BMS) integrated into the TEMO·1000 motor?

The BMS (Battery Management System) is integrated directly into the battery pack, not the motor body. The battery therefore operates as an autonomous intelligent module, rather than a simple component dependent on the motor.
This architecture enables optimized management of charging, discharging, and safety, ensuring more reliable and controlled operation.

What is the range of the TEMO·1000?

The TEMO·1000, equipped with its 949 Wh battery, offers up to 50 minutes of runtime at full power and up to 1 hour 38 minutes at mid-throttle. Its onboard computer allows you to monitor range in real time.
