Our workshops in Brittany house the repair and maintenance operations for all our products. Operating in France allows for a high level of responsiveness in receiving, repairing, and shipping parts.

We also work with partners in several countries, who can take over if necessary. We facilitate connections for all local interventions. The TEMO teams remain your primary contact and monitor your case from start to finish to ensure its smooth progress.

If there is a problem with a part, the affected part is easily isolated and interchanged , thus allowing for a quick and cost-effective solution.

For after-sales service cases involving wear parts, we have made spare parts and detailed tutorials available directly on the product page of our online store so that our users can independently change the part.

If your motor needs to return to our workshop for repair or maintenance, our team is committed to responding to every incoming request within 24 working hours and we guarantee that your TEMO product will be fully repaired or that the necessary parts will be shipped by our team within 5 working days of this response.
