Essential information to know upon receiving your TEMO
We are delighted to have you as one of the owners of our TEMO electric motors (there are more than 7500 of you!), and we want your experience to be the best possible.
Although we have designed our products to be as intuitive as possible, they do require some knowledge of use, operation and maintenance.
In our documentation and online resources you will find all the keys to fully and sustainably enjoy your TEMO electric motor.
STEP 1 -
Register your motor to get an extra year of warranty!
Did you know? The legal warranty in Europe is 2 years. But at TEMO, we want to offer you an extra year !
- If you own a TEMO·450, a TEMO·1000, or a pod from the SEASIDE range , your warranty automatically increases to 3 years.
- If you own a TEMO·450 Carbon, your warranty automatically increases to 5 years.
