Our repair and maintenance workshops are based in Brittany, France, where all TEMO products are serviced. Operating locally allows us to respond quickly when receiving, repairing and shipping parts.

We also work with service partners in several countries who can provide local support when needed. TEMO remains your primary point of contact throughout the process, ensuring consistent follow-up and smooth handling of your case.

Should a component require replacement, affected parts can be easily isolated and exchanged, enabling fast and cost-effective repairs.

For routine maintenance and wear parts, we provide spare parts and detailed step-by-step tutorials directly on the product pages of our online store, allowing users to carry out simple replacements independently.

Returning your motor for service?

If your motor needs to be returned to our workshop for repair or maintenance, our team is committed to responding to every request within 24 business hours.

Once your request has been reviewed, we guarantee that your TEMO product will either be fully repaired or that the required replacement parts will be shipped within 5 business days.
