TEMO’s OUTPOD™ system is an electric pod with a minimalist mechanical architecture, installed directly on the transom to reduce weight and simplify onboard use. Easily removable, it can be detached in seconds for storage or maintenance. Its height-adjustable sliding shaft allows the motor to be lifted when sailing takes over, eliminating drag in the water and reducing the risk of corrosion while at anchor. Finally, its 180° rotating shaft ensures excellent maneuverability while enabling efficient hydrogeneration.

All products in the SEASIDE by TEMO range, including the OUTPOD™ system, come with a 3-year warranty for private use and 2 years for professional use. We select high-quality components to ensure maximum durability and easy repairability. Minimal maintenance is required before 1,500 hours of motor operation.

The OUTPOD™ system also offers the advantage of not needing to remain immersed. Thanks to its sliding shaft, the motor unit can be lifted out of the water, and its external installation allows the entire system to be easily removed for rinsing with fresh water or for winter storage.

Unlike a traditional outboard, the OUTPOD™ relocates sensitive components (batteries, controller, cables) inside the boat, ensuring better weight distribution and enhanced durability.

Simple, clean, and efficient!

Unlike a traditional pod, the OUTPOD™ is not permanently immersed, reducing the risk of fouling and electrolysis while simplifying maintenance. Its installation requires no drilling below the waterline. Thanks to its liftable position, it creates no drag under sail and allows for easy beaching, grounding, or trailering.

Lightweight, easily removable, and simple to store during a regatta or for winter storage, it offers excellent maneuverability thanks to its precise rotation, while also optimizing hydrogeneration. There is no need to install an expensive folding propeller (minimum €800).
