TEMO·450 is an electric outboard motor for dinghies and dinghies. In this article, discover the advantages that make our portable electric motor the ideal companion for your outings at sea. The list is long and the benefits numerous!

Weight and size of the TEMO·450 electric boat motor.

First and foremost, the real innovation is its ultra-light weight . The TEMO·450 weighs less than 5 kg, which is almost 10 kg less than low-power motors (< 2 HP). Furthermore, the battery is integrated, so there's no need for an additional power pack!

This makes it very easy to transport . It has a compact size for minimal bulk, between 1.30 m and 1.70 m (the magic of its tubular shape!).

Electric and charging.

It's also worth noting that it's not polluting (and that's a really great thing). Say goodbye to bulky, smelly gas cans.

Our TEMO·450 electric boat motor recharges using electricity and guarantees cleanliness and silence throughout your journey. It recharges in 3.5 hours using either 220V or 12V . Amazing!

Versatility and multi-platform compatibility.

Another advantage is that our electric sculling oar is suitable for everyone. From novice sailors to seasoned boaters.

Its ergonomic handle has been designed for both right- and left-handed users. And its adjustable telescopic handle allows it to adapt to your posture in all circumstances.

With our TEMO·450 electric boat motor, complicated installations and headaches are a thing of the past. Its lightweight design allows for easy one-handed operation, and its oarlock interface provides secure attachment in under 30 seconds. Plus, the battery gauge on the handle keeps you informed in real time of the remaining charge level, so you won't find yourself adrift without a motor!

Furthermore, our electric boat motor has been designed for all types of water, even shallow ones. The TEMO·450 adjusts to the water depth and ensures you can beach your boat with dry feet thanks to its 30 cm draft and propeller protected by a protective nozzle.

TEMO·450 meets 95% of users' needs in the annex and has nothing to envy in its mechanical predecessors.

It can propel boats up to 2.60 m in length with 3 people on board and loaded with equipment. And even larger boats like small sailboats for harbor maneuvers.

In terms of thrust, our electric boat motor is 3 times more powerful than a person rowing. It has a static thrust of 12 kg. Small but mighty!

As a bonus, 70% of our electric outboard motor components are sourced within a 100km radius of Nantes. Promoting local expertise and leveraging the local network was one of our priorities.
