Here you will find all the useful information regarding the shipping, delivery times, and tracking of your order.

Delivery
For the moment, we only ship directly to Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, France (mainland), Germany, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, United Kingdom, and Andorra.
Depending on your location, direct delivery may not yet be possible via our website.
Don't worry: our authorized dealers are there to assist you worldwide. Feel free to consult the list of sales outlets to find a store near you.
Delivery charges
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, the weight of the items, and their nature (hazardous or non-hazardous materials).
You will find shipping costs in this table:
- EU1 : Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland.
- EU2 : Andorra, Austria, Spain.
- EU3 : Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary.
- EU4 : Denmark, Romania.

Shipping
We are redoubling our efforts to ensure that your motor leaves our Nantes warehouses in less than 24 hours if your order is placed between Monday and Friday before 11 am.
With logistics, allow 2 to 3 days (in mainland France) to receive your order.
With the experience of several thousand electric motors worldwide, we have acquired expertise. The packaging and internal protections are perfectly sized to withstand the legendary delicacy of carriers.
Flexible delivery times
Our delivery partner will contact you to check your availability. If none of the proposed options suit you, you can always request to be delivered at a later date.
Inspection and reservations upon delivery.
Although most shipments go smoothly, please remember to check the condition of the carton(s) upon delivery by the carrier. We recommend making reservations if necessary.
The second step is to open the carton and check the general condition - for example, the nozzle for the TEMO·450 (the part that protects the propeller). Although reinforced and doubly protected, it may arrive "cracked" due to an impact during transport.
If the general condition is not acceptable, you must refuse the package with the carrier.
The carrier will then collect the carton and notify us immediately.
We will send you a new motor at the same time.
This procedure can be inconvenient, but it is the only way for the carrier's insurance to cover the cost of the damage and the replacement of parts.
Motor returns
In accordance with current regulations for online sales, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.
The product must be returned in its original condition, complete and unused, in order to be refunded (see our GTC)
