Delivery

At present, we offer direct shipping only to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, France (mainland), Germany, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, the Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, the United Kingdom, and Andorra.

Depending on your location, direct delivery through our website may not yet be available.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, the weight of the items, and their classification (hazardous goods or non-hazardous goods).

  • EU2: Andorra, Austria, Spain

Shipping

We do everything we can to ensure that your motor leaves our warehouse within 24 hours when your order is placed Monday to Friday before 11:00 a.m.

Including transit time, delivery typically takes 2 to 3 business days within mainland France.

Having shipped thousands of electric motors around the world, we have developed extensive expertise in product transportation. Our packaging and internal protective materials are carefully designed to withstand the legendary gentleness of shipping carriers.

Flexible delivery times
Our delivery partner will contact you to confirm your availability. If none of the proposed delivery options suits you, you can always request delivery on a later date.

Inspection and delivery claims

Although the vast majority of shipments arrive without issue, please take the time to inspect the condition of the package(s) upon delivery. If you notice any damage, we strongly recommend that you note it on the carrier's delivery receipt.

We also recommend opening the package and checking the overall condition of the product. For example, on the TEMO·450, inspect the nozzle (the protective housing around the propeller). Although reinforced and carefully protected, it may occasionally arrive cracked as a result of an impact during transport.

If the product is not in acceptable condition, you must refuse the delivery with the carrier.

The carrier will then collect the package and notify us immediately. At the same time, we will arrange the shipment of a replacement motor.

While this procedure may seem inconvenient, it is the only way for the carrier's insurance to cover the cost of the damage and any replacement parts required.

Returns

In accordance with applicable regulations governing online sales, you have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.

To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned complete, unused, and in its original condition and packaging ). (please refer to our Terms and Conditions of Sale)
