CSR Commitments

TEMO is part of a committed approach to more sustainable and responsible boating.

At TEMO, innovation and responsibility go hand in hand to build a navigation that is more respectful of the environment and of the women and men who practice it.

Our social and societal approach

1 - Reduce environmental impact

The electric motors developed by the company help to reduce CO₂ emissions, limit the risks of hydrocarbon leaks and significantly reduce noise pollution , thus contributing to the preservation of marine and river ecosystems.

In 2025, we will notably carry out a large acoustic study with ENSTA Bretagne to better understand the impact of electric and thermal engines on biodiversity.

2 - Designing sustainable products

This environmental ambition is reflected throughout the product lifecycle : robust and durable design, easy repairability thanks to interchangeable parts, availability of spare parts and consideration of end-of-life and battery recycling .

TEMO also supports its customers in promoting the transition to cleaner and decarbonized propulsion.
