Electric propulsion configurations for your boat
At TEMO, several electric propulsion configurations are available to best match the type of boat and its intended use.

Outboard
The outboard motor is the simplest and most versatile solution. Easy to install, remove, and transport, it is particularly well suited for tenders, small sailboats, dinghies, daysailers, and leisure craft.
It is an ideal option for harbor maneuvers, short trips, and users looking for lightweight, simple, and flexible propulsion.

Pod (fixed, steerable, or OUTPOD™)
A pod motor is integrated under the hull. Discreet, silent, and highly efficient, it is particularly suited for cruising sailboats, license-free rental boats, and small cruising vessels.
This configuration provides permanent propulsion, excellent energy efficiency, and frees up space at the stern.

OUTPOD™ (External Pod)
Unique to TEMO, the OUTPOD™ combines the advantages of a pod with the simplicity of an external motor installation. Mounted on the outside of the boat, it is particularly well suited for sailboats.
It provides high-performance electric propulsion without requiring major structural modifications.
