What happens after your trial?

If your trial is successful—which is often the case—our team will help you choose the electric motor that best suits your needs and answer any questions before your purchase.
Because we believe there's no better way to choose the right motor than trying it on the water, the full cost of your rental will be deducted from the purchase price of your motor (excluding shipping and administration fees).

Technical Support

In the event of a malfunction or technical issue, our support team is available Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (CET) on +33 (0)9 70 70 38 80.

Any repair or intervention on the equipment must be authorised by TEMO.

Insurance

We strongly recommend that you have insurance covering theft, accidental damage and third-party liability while using the rented equipment.
If no such insurance is in place, the renter assumes full financial responsibility for any loss, theft or damage to the equipment throughout the rental period.
