The founders
Alexandre SEUX – Co-Founder & CEO
It was during a round-the-world sailing trip in 2015 that Alexandre had the idea to create his own brand of electric boat motors. He founded TEMO in 2018 and today manages all aspects of the company's design, production, and finance.
Justine Perussel – Co-Founder & Managing Director
A partner since the company’s inception, Justine oversees TEMO’s commercial and marketing development. Her role also includes Human Resources management, Administration, and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).

The Research & Development team
The R&D department is responsible for product design, mechatronics, embedded electronics and performance testing. Its mission is to turn ideas into reliable and innovative prototypes, combining engineering excellence with a long-term strategic vision.

TEMO’s headquarters are located in Brittany, France, in the heart of the Morbihan region and within the renowned Sailing Valley cluster. This region has played a central role in both TEMO’s history and the development of French recreational boating. It has long been home to a significant part of our customer base.

The US subsidiary
TEMO USA is TEMO's official subsidiary in the United States. With a logistics center dedicated to product distribution and after-sales service, as well as a sales team committed to Portland, Maine, TEMO USA is accelerating the brand's development in North America.
