The battery eco-contribution.
This is an amount paid by consumers for any purchase of a battery (integrated or not into equipment) and paid to an eco-organization whose mission is to take charge of the collection, treatment and recycling of battery waste.
The amount depends on the product purchased. Each distributor or manufacturer joins an eco-organization and applies the eco-participation fee set by that organization.
What is it for?
The eco-contribution amount is used to finance and improve the collection, depollution and recycling of old products.

For TEMO batteries, TEMO is committed to facilitating recycling by inviting its customers to bring their used batteries to the TEMO workshop.
These batteries are then entrusted to eco-organizations, which specialize in the treatment, recovery and disposal of batteries.
